Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter their contact details (or pay for services in a secure portal), we'll be unable to secure an appointment, or enrol you in a course.

We keep your information safe by storing it securely in encrypted files and only Vanessa Ivory or employees will have access to it. We will take the utmost care to protect your information, and will not share it .

We keep your information for the period till you unsubscribe or request we remove your details - at which point we securely destroy it erasing all digital information.

Your right to ask for, or correct information held.
